Relaunch of Website Collecting Regulatory Information
The online regulatory hub collects and analyses regulatory information to support the needs of regulators, financial institutions, advisory firms, journalists, and analysts.
The project allows users to retrieve information from any regulator in any language. Its members base allows sharing valuable information and discussion about industry trends, market expectations, and specific requirements.
Extrawest team implemented the relaunch of the project with the following features:
- Developed a scraper intended to scrape posts of regulatory websites, analyze their contents by the means of NLP, extract features (such as categories or tags), translate the texts automatically, and publish the outcomes on another website.
- Migrated the key regulatory Information archive with 10k publications from PHP to Django.
